Are your staff members trained?
All of our employees hold Enhanced DBS Checks and have undertaken mandatory training modules as well as annual refreshers.

What is the minimum level of service that you can offer?
We are able to help you with your specific needs and care preferences.

Why is registering to Care Quality Commission (CQC)significant?
CQC is an independent body that regulates the companies that provide health and social care in England. CQC’s main goal involves confirming that the public gets the safe and high-quality service they deserve.

Will I have the same caregiver each time?
We will endeavour to ensure consistency of care and support, any necessary changes due to absence or annual leave will be discussed. We will always provide introductory meetings between carer and clients in advance of commencement of support.

What if I am not compatible with my carer?
We are very proud of our team here at SilverTree, but should you ever encounter any problems, in the first instance please contact our care manager. It is important to us that you feel you can talk to us in confidence if you ever experience any issues with your or your loved ones care. (For more information: Link to complaints procedure)

How do I pay and what payment methods are available?
We can support both social and private funded clients and payments can be made via BACS transfer or cheque payments.To find out more please visit our care funding page.
